A: You may benefit from physical therapy if you're experiencing pain, stiffness, weakness, limited mobility, or difficulty performing everyday activities due to injury, surgery, or a chronic condition. PT can also help prevent future injuries and improve movement efficiency. If you're unsure, a consultation can help determine if therapy is right for you.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: If we receive a referral from your doctor, our team will call you directly to schedule your first visit. If you don’t have a referral, you can call us or stop by the clinic to schedule through direct access—no referral needed in many cases.

Q: How long do individual treatments last?
A: Treatment times vary based on your specific needs and plan of care. Sessions typically last between 30 minutes to 1 hour, allowing us to tailor each visit to your condition, progress, and treatment goals.

Insurance and Payments
Q: What insurances do we accept?
A: We accept Medicare and most private insurance plans. Not sure about your coverage? Our team is happy to verify your benefits before your first visit and answer any questions you may have.

Wellness
Q: Is the wellness program covered by insurance?
A: Insurance will not cover the cost of the wellness program. It is a one-time flat fee per month.

A: The wellness program is available to anyone who can safely perform independent exercise.
